Individual Counseling

Individual counseling offers a safe, supportive space to explore personal challenges and build healthier ways of coping. Using a client-centered approach, we will focus on your unique needs and goals while integrating evidence-based practices to support lasting change. Individual counseling can be helpful when navigating challenges such as trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, major life transitions, and other challenges that effect our daily lives. Together, we’ll work to process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and foster resilience so that you can move forward with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.
Play Therapy (Ages 4-12yrs)

Play therapy is offered in a safe, supportive, and client-centered environment where children feel seen and understood. Sessions are tailored to meet each child’s unique needs and experiences. Whether your child is navigating trauma, adjusting to a transition, or struggling with anxiety or depression, play therapy provides a gentle yet powerful path toward healing and growth. Our goal is to help children build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and thrive both socially and emotionally.

What is Play Therapy?
Play therapy is a specialized form of counseling that uses the natural language of children—play—to help them express feelings, work through challenges, and develop healthy ways of coping. Because children often struggle to put their experiences into words, play provides a safe and developmentally appropriate way for them to communicate what they are thinking and feeling. In a supportive therapeutic setting, play therapy can help children process trauma and PTSD, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, adjust to life changes, and strengthen self-esteem. By engaging in play, children learn to regulate emotions, solve problems, and build resilience, creating a foundation for long-term emotional health and well-being.
