OFFSTAGE is a monthly meetup created for performers and creatives across the Dallas–Fort Worth area who spend their lives on stage, in rehearsal rooms, in studios, and in front of audiences—but rarely have a space that’s just for them.

This is a place to step out of the spotlight and into something more grounded.

OFFSTAGE is for actors, dancers, musicians, singers, visual artists, writers, filmmakers, and anyone whose work is rooted in expression and imagination. It’s a space to connect without auditioning, performing, or proving anything—just showing up as yourself.

Why OFFSTAGE Exists

Creatives often live in cycles of performance: rehearsals, gigs, deadlines, showcases, critiques. While those spaces are essential, they don’t always leave room for honest conversation, rest, or community that isn’t centered around output.

OFFSTAGE was created to fill that gap.

It’s about building a consistent, supportive community where artists can talk openly about the realities of creative life—the uncertainty, the burnout, the inspiration, the rejection, the joy—and feel less alone in it.

What to Expect

Each month, OFFSTAGE will offer a relaxed gathering space designed for connection over performance. Some meetings may include light prompts or facilitated conversation, but the focus will always be on authenticity, community, and rest from the pressure to “produce.”
